Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and interpretation of genomic data generated within the tL-CHANCER project

• Drive the integration of results across multiple analytical components of the project

• Co-mentor and coordinate with junior team members to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks

• Work closely with wet-lab researchers to ensure smooth coordination between experimental and computational efforts

• Collaborate with wet-lab researchers and data infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality, reproducible research outputs

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in cancer genomics, immunogenomics, computational biology, or a related field

• At least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal or available as a preprint

• Experience analyzing cancer and/or healthy genomes

• Experience with positive selection analysis (desirable)

• Knowledge in T-lymphocyte biology, immunology, or immunotherapy would be considered a plus.

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R, as well as Bash

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

• Excellent written and spoken English

Conditions:

• 📝Permanent contract.
